-------------

"There is never enough time to do everything that needs to be done, but there's always enough time to do what is important."
- Brian Tracy

2. Allocate a certain time each morning to clear all paperwork and outstanding matters, including telephone calls. Work on them in the order of priority.

3.Keep all telephone conversations short and to the point. Make it a point to return only urgent calls.

4. Keep all meetings short and stick to the agendas. Do not get sidetracked.

5. Avoids time-consuming lunches, unless they are necessary and important to your project/work.

6. Learns to delegate. Share out the responsibility with trusted colleagues/partners. That way, you will free to concentrate on the important matters at hand.

7. For those constantly on the move, your mobile or laptop is your working tool, so make full use of them. That way, you won't have to waste time in traffic jams rushing back to the office.

8. Always plan ahead and keep to the schedule. Review the schedule from time to time to monitor your progress each day.
